Stunning combined Bathroom & En-Suite Installation Project

Now 'Solihull Bathrooms' (Previously trading as BPMB)

This was an interesting project which involved portioning off a small section of the main bathroom which would later become an en-suite for an adjoining bedroom located next to the bathroom. The project also involved the total refurbishment and overhaul of the main bathroom which has proven to be a very challenging project. This project has provided many obstacles, which had to be overcome in order to obtain the desired result which you will see in the video below. The biggest obstacle of all being a concealed RSJ (Rolled Supporting Joist) located under the bathroom floor which heavily restricted the installation of the new plumbing for the bathroom and new en-suite. The RSJ was previously fitted by a cowboy builder and installed at an incorrect height, being positioned dead level with the actual floor boards of the bathroom. This caused many problems with regard to levelling and bracing the floor area in preparation for under floor heating and tiling. The duration off this combined project was 25 days.
