Stunning Jacuzzi Bathroom transformation!

It's not often I get asked to install a Jacuzzi bath, so this project made an interesting change! The bathroom is a standard size, measuring 2.0 metres x 1.85 metres across the bath wall. Even though the bathroom is compact in size, it still feels spacious and so I think the layout has worked quite well. You'll see from the video, that the combined WC and basin vanity units have been installed which makes for a stylish finish and provides a practical solution for storage.

This bathroom was in desperate need of renovation and so really and like most bathroom renovations I undertake, the walls were stripped back to the brick work, to obtain a solid and sound foundation to work from. Next, I installed completely new plumbing throughout along with new wiring for a turbo extractor fan, Jacuzzi bath and LED mirror and spotlighting. After all the essential wiring and plumbing had been installed, I over-boarded the ceiling and walls using 12.5 mm plasterboard. The ceiling was then plastered and painted using mould resistant bathroom paint, before wall tiling could commence. The walls were tiled using ceramic tiles and the floor using quartz stone, which took 4.5 days. Finally, the bathroom furniture was installed to complete the project. I always purchase the best possible materials for every project, hence why I use BAL antibacterial mould resistant grout and silicone which has a guarantee of 25 years.
